After Kubra Khan and Gohar Rasheed’s adorable wedding announcement, Sanam Teri Kasam actress Mawra Hocane and Very Filmy actor Ameer Gilani sent fans into a tizzy with their surprise wedding photographs.
The Pakistani actors confirmed their relationship by sharing their wedding photographs on Instagram, simply captioning them, “and in the middle of chaos… I found you. (sic)” with the hashtag '#MawraAmeerHoGayi'.
Speculations about their relationship have been going strong ever since they starred together in dramas like Sabaat (2020) and Neem (2023). They kept the relationship rumours at bay by insisting that they were just friends.
Now, the couple has dropped photographs of themselves dressed in their wedding finery at the Lahore Fort.
The bride wore a pale green Rano’s Heirloom lehenga with vibrant detailing. The groom complemented her look in a darker green kurta set with a shawl of the same shade.
The surprise announcement was met with delight from fans and fellow celebrities alike, including Mawra’s Jafaa co-star Usman Mukhtar and actor and her brother-in-law Farhan Saeed.
