I suggest tightlining when it comes to siren eyes—since the eyeliner on the eyelids is not very thick, I prefer adding more dimension by lining the upper waterline as well,” she adds.

Make-up artist Mankirat Kaur gives the low-down on getting the look right. She explains, “To achieve a siren-eye, start with neutral transition shades across your crease line. Then use a dark brown or black eyeshadow with an angled brush to smudge and smoke out a flick from the upper lash line upwards & outwards. Tight line only the outer third of your waterline with a black/brown Kajal. Using an eyeliner/eyeshadow, define the inner corner by creating an elongated V-shape. Finish with mascara and for an extra oomph, apply half lashes to the outer half of the eyes.”
