Party season, here we come!

Once in a while, Kareena Kapoor just breaks the Internet and for all the right reasons. This time around she served what people say is an 'iconic look' in an Oscar De La Renta gown. She opted for a dark purple velvet gown at the opening night of the Red Sea Film Festival.
The gown featured 3D orchid appliqués wrapped around Kareena Kapoor Khan's body. Styled by Rhea Kapoor, the look was completed with pointed-toe stilettos from Jimmy Choo. She also wore a net veil covering half of her face.
However, what we would love to recreate is Kareena's make-up look. It looks equal parts effortless and glamorous.
Her make-up was done by celebrity MUA Savleen Manchanda. For the same, Kareena's hair was pulled back into a sleek braided bun. Going for dramatic eyes, you can spot the winged eyeliner with berry eyeshadow. Her brows were feathery with a generous coating of mascara. The look was pulled together with glossy berry lips, and a blush topper in deep pink that highlighter her cheekbones.
Ahead, we breakdown her look to help you achieve the glam.

Begin by prepping your face with a thick moisturiser like L'occitane Reine Blanche Rich Cream or if you have dry skin—opt for a facial oil such as Gunam Beauty's Multi-Correctional Face Oil. Massage it thoroughly into your skin.

Next, if you have open pores, use apore-blurringprimer. This will help achieve a smooth canvas. If you have crow's feet or prominent laughing lines, apply it there and pat it down into your skin. The cdoes a great job here!

Begin by applying a satin-finish foundation. Dab it using a beauty blender. Apply a hydrating concealer under the eyes or on any imperfections later. Tip: build your base slowly by taking less product for a more skin-like finish.

As you can see, the actor's cheekbones are highlighted. For the same, we suggest a cream bronzer. Apply it to the temples and the cheekbones for a sun-kissed, chiselled effect.

Set only your under eyes with a banana powder for a brightening effect. Next, use a warm raspberry-toned blush such asFAE Beauty's Lush Blush in Spicy. Using a fluffy brush place it on the apple of your cheeks and stretch it to the temples.

Lightly top it with M.A.C Mineralize Blush in Petal Power for a lit-from-within finish. Use a brow pencil to lightly fill in your brows. Next, use a Benefit Cosmetics 24-HR Brow Setter Clear Brow Gel for a feathery effect.

Focusing on the eyes, use the Yves Saint Laurent Couture Mini Clutch Palette in Babylone Roses. Use the light pink shade as a wash of colour on the eyelids. Pack it nicely for a slight shimmery effect. On the lower lids, use the deeper pink colour.

Now comes the main deal—use an eyeliner pen if you are a beginner otherwise if you're a pro opt for a gel eyeliner. Begin by outlining your upper lash line with Bobbi Brown Ink Liner in Blackest Black. The fine tip applicator will help you with how thick you want your eyeliner to be. Remember, the firmer your press, the thicker the line will be.
Gently drag the tip as close to the lash line. Start from the top inner corner of your eye and go out toward the outer corner of your eye.

Finish the look by adding a generous coat of mascara. Line your lips with Kylie Cosmetics' Better Not Pout lip liner. Fill in the lips with a berry-toned lipstick in acreamy matte formula.

Lightly add the Too Faced Lip Injection Maximum Plump Lip Plumper in Original. Seal the deal with Laura Mercier Translucent Pure Setting Spray.
