We are making a strong case for these pressies here...

Press-on nails have had a bad reputation, and they are often left out of the conversation when we talk about manicures. Solely because the bespoke factor is missing or that press-ons are limited to a select colour of options only... But we want to present a strong case for press-on nails this wedding season.
Fast forward to 2025, Grand View Research, an India & U.S.-based market research and consulting company, mentions in a report, “The global press-on nails market size was estimated at USD 696.6 million in 2023 and is projected to reach USD 1,075.0 million by 2030, growing at a CAGR of 6.5% from 2024 to 2030. Convenience and time efficiency are primary drivers, as press-on nails offer a quick, at-home solution for achieving salon-quality manicures.”
Experts, too, have relied on it for multiple other reasons. Efficacy is the most solid reason, because you can do it from the comfort of your home.
When it comes to press-on nails, there are two distinct styles. One that comes with sticky tabs attached, and the other, which is meant to be used with nail glue.
The steps are the same for both types of press-on nails. First, push back your cuticles and lightly buff the nail surface so the press-ons stick better. Then, clean your nails with an alcohol wipe to remove any oil or dust. Apply your chosen adhesive, place the nail at a 45-degree angle from the cuticle, and press it down firmly for 10–20 seconds.
Safe to say, these will last you at least 3 wedding invites. Especially, if you are applying press-on nails using a proper glue. As for whether you can wear a single set multiple times, yes, you can. But there is a caveat. When using nail glue, it can be used up to about five times before the glue becomes noticeable. However, sticky ones last you 3-4 days every use, but can be reused indefinitely as there is no glue residue.
Soak your nails in warm water with a little soap and oil for 10–15 minutes. Gently lift the edges of the press-ons from the base using a cuticle stick. If glue was used, it may take longer, so be patient and never force them off.
