In fashion news that should be on your radar, RPSG Ventures and one of India’s most recognisable couture labels, Falguni Shane Peacock will now shape the future of Indian luxury.

RPSG Ventures Limited has announced plans to acquire a 40% stake in FSP Design Private Limited, the company behind Falguni Shane Peacock. This move signals the group’s growing interest in couture, bringing together India’s most recognisable couturiers and one of the country’s most diversified business groups.
Through this partnership, RPSG aims to support the label’s expansion into new markets and categories while strengthening its global presence. Moreover, the agreement includes an option to increase its stake to 50% over the next two years, underscoring the group’s long-term commitment to lifestyle investments.
Falguni Shane Peacock is famous for its intricate detailing, contemporary silhouettes, and unmistakable glamour. Over the last three financial years, the brand has witnessed steady growth, with revenues rising from ₹68.50 crore in FY 2022–23 to ₹91.75 crore in FY 2024–25 through its stores in India, international stockists and online channels.
For the designers, the partnership represents both momentum and opportunity. “This collaboration marks a new chapter for us,” said Falguni Peacock, Co-Founder and Creative Director. “RPSG’s belief in our vision gives us the support to scale globally while remaining true to our heritage and craftsmanship. We look forward to shaping the future of Indian luxury together.”

The investment will be executed through a combination of fresh capital infusion and the purchase of shares from existing stakeholders, including designers Falguni Peacock and Shane Peacock.

Commenting on the collaboration, Shivika Goenka, Director, Luxury and Education, RPSG Group, said, “Falguni Shane Peacock reflects the emergence of a modern Indian luxury identity, rooted in heritage yet unapologetically global in its expression. Our partnership is driven by a clear belief: Indian craftsmanship and contemporary design deserve a global stage. FSP has the brand equity, the authenticity, and the creative depth, and we are proud to support this next phase of its growth.”
As Indian couture gains growing global recognition, partnerships like this underscore the rising demand for homegrown luxury brands with international appeal.
