    Chef Pramod Joshi from Taj Fort Aguada Bakery recommends this one as it could be customised to your taste. "Experiment with different types of ice cream or different base alcohols. It's visually appealing, full of richness and flavour and blends the familiar comfort of a milkshake with the kick of alcohol making it a fund dessert drink," he says.

    Ingredients

    Method

    1. Chill the cocktail or wine glasses.

    2. In two large glasses, drizzle one tablespoon of chocolate syrup and swirl the glass to distribute it around the inside edge of the glass.

    3. Combine the vodka, coffee liqueur, Irish cream, heavy cream, crème de cacao, and ice in a blender.

    4. Blend until smooth.

    5. Carefully pour the mixture into prepared cocktail glasses.

    6. Garnish with whipped cream or cocoa powder if desired.

    Ingredients

    For the syrup
    For the cocktail
    For the garnish

    Method

    For the raspberry syrup

    1. Combine the raspberries with the sugar in a medium saucepan.

    2. Simmer until the berries break down and the sugar has dissolved.

    3. Remove from heat; strain, and refrigerate until cool.

    4. Add the Raspberry Liqueur and stir to combine.

    For the cocktail

    1. Chill the glasses in the freezer for at least five minutes.

    2. Rub the edge of the glass with white chocolate liqueur. Dip into either pink, red, or white crystals or a combination of all three.

    3. Combine the half-and-half, white chocolate liqueur, vodka, and raspberry syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

    4. Shake until ice cold.

    5. Pour into chilled glasses and serve.

    1. Fill a shaker with ice and add the vodka, chocolate liqueur, heavy cream, cocoa powder, powder, and chocolate syrup.

    2. Shake vigorously until well combined and chilled.

    3. Strain the mixture into a martini glass.

    4. Garnish with truffle chocolates on a skewer or toothpick.

    5. Serve and enjoy the rich and indulgent flavours of the Vodka Truffle.

    As per Salil Naik Senior Bartender at Nksha Restaurant, the White Coconut Bliss is the perfect drink to celebrate World Chocolate Day with, "The combination of white chocolate and coconut syrup, in addition of mint soda makes it all totally blissful."

    Ingredients

    Method:

    1. Melt the chocolate and add 20 ml milk to it. Mix well and add vodka

    2. ⁠Add 10ml lime juice to curdle it. Once it's curdled add monin coconut syrup and leave for 15 minutes.

    3. ⁠Strain it through a coffee filter.

    4. In a pre-chilled glass, add block ice and pour 60ml of the above concoction.

    5. ⁠Add 30ml of mint soda.

    6. ⁠Stir it once and garnish with white chocolate.
