Hikki is a new restaurant and bar in the capital that explores the bold spirit of Nikkei cuisine—a fusion of Japanese technique and Peruvian flavours. Drawing from the Japanese concept of hikikomori, often associated with reclusion, Hikki is an escape into layered tastes and sensory storytelling. Led by Chef Vaibhav Bhargava, the menu combines precision with comfort, featuring dishes such as Black Cod Robata, Pickled Vegetable & Brie Sushi, Pork Belly Donburi, and Seafood Ozisushi.
