Ever since Zendaya debuted her stunning east-west diamond engagement ring at the Golden Globes red carpet earlier this year, the Internet has been abuzz with speculations about the upcoming wedding.


Law Roach, who is behind some of Zendaya’s most iconic looks over the years, confirmed that their partnership would extend to when she walks down the aisle, too. He also revealed recently that the world might not get to see her wedding dress, since both Zendaya and Tom Holland are very private people.

While we might not get a peek at what she would wear while walking down the aisle, we can safely assume that it’s going to be a stunner. Zendaya’s Fitness And Diet Secrets

‘F’ stands for fun


Zendaya has been open about how she doesn’t always find exercising enjoyable. In an interview with Justine magazine, the actress said, “For me, I enjoy dancing and doing choreography, stuff like that. So, that's how I get my exercise," she said. “Find something that's really fun for you. Whether that's jazzercise or whatever.” On an appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, the actress revealed how she kept herself motivated during the pandemic to work out. “Every day, because I missed acting so much, to inspire me to go downstairs and work out, I would wear different wigs, because I have a whole collection of wigs from all the red carpets that I've done. I wear a different wig [and] come down in a different character.”

Sweat it out on the court


In Challengers (2024), Zendaya played a tennis prodigy-turned-coach and had to undergo on-set training with tennis ace Brad Gilbert to prep for the role. In a BTS video from the shoot, Zendaya could be seen playing like a pro. We have to assume that the actress is keeping up with practising her backhand on the court from time to time in the run-up to the wedding.

HIIT all the way


While she might like to lighten up and take it easy on most days, Zendaya’s workout routine can also mean serious business. In a video on her website, Zendaya can be seen taking part in an intense workout routine, involving moves like bicycle crunches, laps, push-ups, leg raises, pop squats, lunges and more.

Summer salads, anyone?


Zendaya has admitted that she’s a vegetarian who is not fond of vegetables. However, she tries to get her veggies in by making delicious summer salads. Her go-to recipes involve a medley of vegetables with brown rice cooked in a vegetable broth.

Coffee is a no-no


The Dune actress’ go-to morning beverage is not a steaming cup of joe. Zendaya gets her energy boost from matcha lattes with coconut milk. The actress does not include coffee, sodas or energy drinks in her diet. Matcha is a superfood and provides more sustainable energy than coffee’s caffeine.

An occasional treat is important


The actress might stick to a regimen and prescribed diet on most days, but she’s not averse to indulging herself with a treat once in a while. Zendaya loves to order takeaway food, especially dessert. “If I'm having my favourite meal, I'll just skip right to ice cream. In fact, I get in trouble with my assistant a lot. He says I shouldn't do that,” she said in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar.

Self-care is a must


Last, but definitely not the least, is Zendaya’s belief that self-care needs to be a priority. The actress has admitted that she is trying to be more responsible about looking after herself, both physically and mentally. She loves to spend time surrounded by her support system, AKA her family, friends, and fiancé, and gets her ‘me’ time in by taking her dogs out for a walk in the sun.
