If you love the sub-genre of TV shows where the main protagonist gets sucked into another universe or timeline (isekaid, for those in the know), then this one is for you. In the show, university student K (Seohyun) wakes up as noblewoman Cha Sun-chaek, a minor character in her favourite romance novel. After a fateful night with Lee Beon, (Ok Taecyeon), the main character in the book, she has to make him fall in love with the main female character in the novel so that she can go back to her universe. However, fate keeps drawing Lee Beon back to her.

This tear-jerker follows the story of a movie director and an aspiring actress who become a part of each other’s lives unexpectedly and change it forever. Lee Je-ha (Nam Koong-min) is a reclusive director who is struggling with a creative block when he meets Lee Da-eum (Jeon Yeo-been), a full-of-life actress who is battling a terminal illness. As they begin working together on a film about love, their onscreen collaboration soon paves the way for an off-screen romance.
