Thai Actors Porsch And Arm’s Wedding Is Coming To A Small Screen Near You

Thailand made history by becoming the first Southeast Asian country to legalise same-sex weddings in 2024. The law, which comes into effect this month, has allowed LGBTQ+ couples to get married, and receive rights related to inheritance, adoption, healthcare and more.
Actors and influencers ‘Porsch’ Abhiwat Apiwatsayree and ‘Arm’ Sappanyoo Panatkool became one of the first celebrity couples to take advantage of this and got married in a beautiful ceremony recently.
The couple tied the knot on 10 January 2025, 11 years after Porsch proposed to Arm. The grooms wore matching suits and got married surrounded by their family and loved ones.
Along with the images from the ceremony, Porsche and Arm also revealed that their wedding would be documented in a reality series titled Porscharm: The Wedding.
The miniseries was announced in a press conference and would tell the story of their relationship, wedding preparations and the wedding day itself.
Celebrity weddings have been a hot topic of interest around the world. Many celebrities have chosen to document their special day in an OTT series, like Nayanthara and Vignesh, or a documentary to bring their fans along on their journey. What sets this one apart that it’s going to be Asia’s first-ever LGBTQ+ wedding reality series.
The release date of the series hasn’t been announced yet, but we can’t wait to be a part of history!
