Aaliyah shared photos from the big day on Instagram with the caption, “We got married again,” and honestly, we’re obsessed.

The Bridal Look That Stole the Show

Aaliyah looked like the ultimate bridal muse in a white lace gown that had serious vintage-romance vibes. The dress featured delicate sequin work, a sweetheart neckline, and sheer lace gloves that added a touch of old-school glam.

Shane kept it classic in a black suit with a white shirt and a bow tie — very James Bond, very timeless.

As soon as the couple dropped the pics, celebs and friends filled the comment section with love. Khushi Kapoor, Aditi Bhatia, and Sakshi Shivdasani were among the first to send in their congratulations in the cutest ways possible. Honestly, we were all just swooning over the vibe.

An Emotional Moment for Dad Anurag Kashyap

Director Anurag Kashyap got super real about how emotional the wedding was for him. Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter India, he said, "At my daughter’s wedding, after the varmala and havan were done, I couldn’t handle it. I was so overwhelmed and emotional, I wanted to leave the wedding even before the reception began. And I was going out, but he (Vikramaditya Motwane, his friend and long-time collaborator) stopped me. He took me out, we went for a long walk, and then we came back."

From College Sweethearts to Husband and Wife

Aaliyah and Shane have been together for four years, and it shows. The chemistry, the comfort, the effortless connection — they’re each other’s people. After their traditional wedding in December, this second celebration felt like the perfect way to round things out and make space for both families and cultures.

Also spotted at the wedding was Anurag’s ex-wife, Kalki Koechlin, who joined in on the festivities — we love a modern blended fam moment.

It’s not every day you see a couple pull off two picture-perfect weddings, but Aaliyah and Shane managed to do it with style and so much heart. Whether it was their Indian ceremony filled with tradition or their romantic Christian vows, one thing’s for sure- these two are made for each other.

For Manifest to become one of Cambridge Dictionary's most viewed words of 2024 — 1,30,000 hits and counting — it means some of us must have Googled it at least once. I know, I hit that search button over and over again
because each time I looked at it, I saw a new meaning.

Putting together a homegrown title at a time when the demise of print has been long announced may seem surprising...
...but it has long been a dream of mine to give India a magazine it deserves. A magazine that is the country.

And nothing, absolutely nothing, represents India more than our weddings. It is a time when families are brought together. Traditions come alive as they are adapted to each couple's beliefs. And lives are joined in a way that the romantic in me still enjoys.
