Ailee And Choi Si-Hun’s Pre-Wedding Shoot Looks Straight Out Of A K-Drama

Korean-American singer Ailee and Single’s Inferno star Choi Si-hun have dropped their pre-wedding shoot. And if candid loved-up scenes straight out of a romantic K-drama are your vibe, then this shoot needs to be on your mood boards. The couple is, reportedly, getting married on 20 April 2025.
Ailee and Choi Si-hun planned a pre-wedding shoot before their April wedding, as is a popular tradition for South Korean engaged couples.
In some of the photographs, the bride and groom can be seen posing at their home casually, while in others, the couple is elaborately styled and posing for semi-formal shots.
The couple officially confirmed their relationship status in May 2024 and announced their engagement in November 2024. Ailee's agency A2Z Entertainment confirmed this with a statement, saying, "Ailee will marry Choi Si Hun on April 20th next year. The couple met through a mutual friend and has been in a relationship for about a year. Their decision to marry was made in May, based on deep affection and trust."
Choi Si-hun shared his feelings on Instagram, writing, "A year ago, I was captivated by Yejin’s performance on stage. As we shared our stories, I fell even more deeply in love with her and knew I wanted to spend my life with her.” He added, “I want to express my gratitude and make a promise to all those who have supported Yejin over the past 12 years. I’m confident I can protect the most wonderful woman in the world, Yejin, for the rest of our lives. Please continue to watch over us."
Ailee made her debut with the single ‘Heaven’ in 2012. The singer has, since then, successfully made a name for herself as a K-pop solo artist to look out for. Choi Si-hun appeared on Netflix’s dating reality show Single’s Inferno in 2021 and, reportedly, manages a restaurant in Seoul now.
