Princess Iman Pahlavi Opted For A Parisian Celebration For Her Wedding
Here’s what went down at the couple’s intimate yet opulent nuptials…
Princess Iman Pahlavi, daughter of the last monarch of Iran, has tied the knot with American financier Bradley Sherman in an intimate Parisian ceremony. The wedding was attended by the couple’s close friends and family.
The couple had registered their marriage legally in New York City at the Manhattan Marriage Bureau a month before their traditional wedding ceremony in Paris.
For the civil ceremony in NYC, the bride opted for an unconventional, low-key wedding dress. She wore a white halter neck dress by American designer Rosie Assoulin and accessories with a pair of statement floral earrings and ivory, pointed-toed heels.
The grand, yet intimate, wedding in Paris saw Iman don a lace gown by Lebanese designer Elie Saab. The off-shoulder dress from the designer’s Fall/Winter 2024 collection featured intricate hand-embroidered floral motifs and a bow at the waist. The groom, too, went the traditional route and opted for a black and white tuxedo for the ceremony.
Iman was escorted down the aisle by her father Reza Pahlavi, the former crown prince of Iran. Her grandmother, Empress Farah Diba, was also in attendance.
Pictures and photographs from the wedding ceremony reveal that the couple blended their respective cultures for their big day.
According to reports, Iman and Bradley met via mutual friends and began dating in 2017. The couple got engaged in 2023 when Bradley proposed to Iman during their beachside getaway.
Here’s wishing the couple a lifetime of happiness!
