After months of speculation, Dua Lipa and Callum Turner have officially tied the knot.

For months, fans, fashion watchers and pop-culture enthusiasts had been waiting for one wedding announcement in particular. After all the engagement buzz, holiday sightings and wedding speculation that dominated headlines through 2026, Dua Lipa and Callum Turner have finally said “I do.” The singer and actor officially tied the knot in an intimate registry ceremony at London’s iconic Old Marylebone Town Hall, opting for a private and understated legal wedding before what is expected to be a much grander celebration in Sicily next week.
The newlyweds kept things remarkably low-key for the legal ceremony, inviting only close friends and family. But even a pared-back wedding couldn’t escape the fashion spotlight when the bride in question is Dua Lipa.
For the occasion, Dua stepped away from conventional bridal dressing and embraced her signature fashion-forward approach. Reports suggest she wore a custom Schiaparelli look featuring a structured skirt suit silhouette paired with a dramatic wide-brimmed hat, satin gloves and Christian Louboutin heels. The ensemble felt equal parts old-Hollywood glamour and modern bridal cool, with many fans drawing comparisons to Bianca Jagger’s iconic wedding-day style. Callum Turner complemented her look in a classic navy double-breasted suit, keeping things timeless and elegant.
Photographs from the ceremony showed the couple leaving the historic London venue hand-in-hand as guests showered them with confetti, offering the first glimpse of what has quickly become one of the most talked-about celebrity weddings of the year.
However, this appears to be only the beginning of the celebrations.
According to multiple reports, the couple’s much-awaited destination wedding festivities in Sicily are expected to unfold over three days, reportedly beginning next week. Palermo and Bagheria are believed to be the chosen locations, with luxury venues including Villa Igiea and Villa Valguarnera linked to the celebrations. Industry insiders and international media have already dubbed it one of the biggest celebrity weddings of 2026.
As expected, speculation around the guest list is already in full swing. Names such as Elton John, Charli XCX, Tove Lo, Donatella Versace, Mark Ronson and several of Dua’s close friends from the music and fashion worlds have frequently surfaced in reports surrounding the festivities. While no official guest list has been confirmed, expectations are high for a gathering that brings together some of the biggest names across entertainment, fashion and culture.
Then comes the question fashion fans are most invested in: what will Dua wear for the main celebration?
While Schiaparelli delivered a memorable registry-wedding moment, rumours suggest designer Simon Porte Jacquemus may be involved in creating one of her wedding looks. Other reports have linked Donatella Versace and Atelier Versace to the celebrations, especially after the singer’s recent bridal-themed appearances. Given Dua’s reputation for taking risks and her close ties to some of fashion’s most influential houses, the Sicily wardrobe could easily become one of the defining bridal fashion moments of the year.
The wedding marks another milestone in a relationship that has unfolded largely away from the spotlight. Romance rumours first emerged in early 2024 before the pair gradually became one of entertainment’s most beloved couples. Their public appearances, shared travels and undeniable chemistry quickly made them fan favourites. The couple got engaged in 2025, with Dua later revealing that Callum had worked closely with her loved ones while designing her engagement ring. Nearly two years after their romance first began making headlines, the pair are now officially husband and wife, with an extravagant Sicilian celebration still waiting in the wings.
