Jewellery Trends That Ruled FDCI Manifest Wedding Weekend 2025
At FDCI Manifest Wedding Weekend 2025, jewellery took centre stage—blending heritage with innovation to redefine bridal identity.
A weekend for the books, FDCI Manifest Wedding Weekend third’s edition was all about glam, weddings and all things fashion. A celebration of bridal fashion, with showcases from the top designers and jewellers, the weekend was a one-stop destination for brides, grooms and their families.
However, while couture ruled the exhibit, it was the jewellery pavilion that stole the show most subtly as they offered a masterclass in how heritage, innovation and individual style can beautifully coexist in harmony.
From contemporary heirlooms to fusion pieces, here are the top jewellery trends that dazzled at this year’s edition.
Jewellery Trends We Spotted at The FDCI Manifest Wedding Weekend 2025
Charming Rose-Cut and Uncut Diamonds
Delicate, romantic, and classical, the star of this season was the rose-cut diamonds. These vintage stones, with their flat bases and petal-like facets, were teamed with the raw glory of un-cut (polki) diamonds to form a majestic-modernistic fusion.
Necklaces, earrings, and mathapattis that were put on display by designers Archana Aggarwal and Raj Mahtani Couture Jewels, where rose-cuts imparted subtle sparkle while uncut diamonds demanded drama and depth. The effect? Perfectly elegant pieces to accessorise pre-wedding soirees and outright statement jewellery for the actual occasions.
Heritage Royalty: Satlada & Navratna Necklaces
FMWW 2025 marked the comeback of Satlada necklaces. Once a worthy adornment, these seven-layer pearl necklaces were put through a myriad of transformations—interspersed with polkis, emeralds, rubies, or even diamonds. Just as enchantingly magical were Navratna necklaces, comprising nine auspicious gemstones representing the planets in Vedic Astrology.
This year, Navratna was not only the heart of the spirituality trend but also fashion. The fine jewellers presented minimalist settings, geometric configurations, and contemporary silhouettes, which lent a distinctly non-traditional feel to these necklaces. But on the contrary, it's deeply traditional in spirit.
Emerald elegance
Out of all the exquisite pieces, if there was one gemstone that we noticed defining the weekend, it was the emerald. From heavy neckpieces to delicate chokers and rings, emerald dazzled through the weekend across jewellery designs from Emerald drop earrings to Navratna necklaces and even designers, including Prakshi Fine Jewellery to Amrapali Jaipur.
Layered Beauty
Layered jewellery was one of the main highlights of the weekend, with jewellers from Shree Jewellers to Kishandas & Co. putting on display their best pieces. A mix of pearls, polki and all things shimmery, these cascading beauties charmed the brides over the two days as they looked for the perfect jewellery to match their bridal ensemble. While some were paired with chokers, the others were matched to collar-length pieces, but each of them was admired over the two days.
From Satladas to Navratna necklaces, FDCI Manifest Wedding Weekend 2025 proved that jewellery is no longer about completing an ensemble but a central element to bridal identity. This edition offered brides an experience that resonates with them emotionally rather than just being a shopping spree.
