A final that sealed Jaipur’s polo season in style!

Held from 9 to 15 February, the tournament marked the second consecutive year of association between Raffles Hotels & Resorts and the Rajasthan Polo Club. Over seven days, the historic grounds hosted a series of tightly contested matches that built steadily toward the championship final, drawing an engaged audience from across the country.
The matches themselves were competitive and tightly played. Each day built towards the final, where anticipation was evident across the grounds. In a spirited championship match, Jaipur Aravali emerged as the winner, lifting the Raffles Sirmour Cup 2026 and bringing the tournament to a fitting close.

After the final chukka, the mood shifted from competitive to celebratory. Guests were invited to a High Tea that served as the official close of the season. It was an elegant yet relaxed gathering where players and patrons mingled, reflected on the week’s highlights, and enjoyed curated refreshments in a setting that felt distinctly Raffles: polished, warm and understated.

“For us, polo embodies the very spirit of Jaipur,” said Rajat Sethi, Cluster General Manager, Raffles and Fairmont Jaipur. Through the Sirmour Cup, he noted, the brand is able to connect guests with the city’s heritage in a way that feels authentic and rooted in community.
Gurnoor Bindra, General Manager of Raffles Udaipur, added that supporting the Sirmour Cup reflects a belief that hospitality should honour the character of its destination. As the 2026 edition comes to an end, the Raffles Sirmour Cup stands as a reminder of how sport, culture and hospitality can come together seamlessly. Through its continued collaboration with the Rajasthan Polo Club, Raffles Hotels & Resorts reinforces its commitment to celebrating Rajasthan’s traditions while creating meaningful experiences for those who gather to witness them.
