    Wedding bells are ringing!

Bollywood star Aamir Khan is all set to tie the knot with his long-time partner Gauri Spratt, if reports ring true. The couple is said to have opted out of a lavish celebration and plan to have an intimate ceremony at his residence in Bandra, Mumbai, on July 5.

Sources close to the actor shared that the couple only recently decided to formalise their relationship through marriage. Reports claim that the wedding will take place in the presence of only their families and a group of small friends.

“They are both in a secure place and only wanted to celebrate their bond. They have already started preparations for the wedding, which will be an intimate event attended by family and close friends,” the source revealed to India Today.

The source further revealed to Hauterrfly that the couple had been living together as a family for a little over a year now. “They have built a happy, stable life together and decided to mark it formally with their families present.”

This development comes only months after the 61-year-old actor made his relationship public and revealed that he considered himself emotionally committed to Gauri.

While the guest list for the Laal Singh Chaddha actor’s big day has not been officially confirmed yet, rumours are swirling that his good friends Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan may make an appearance at his wedding.

Aamir and Gauri have been dating for a while, and Aamir had introduced Gauri as his lady love to the media last year on his 60th birthday in Mumbai.

Earlier in the year, Aamir had also talked about sharing a home with Gauri in a conversation with Bollywood Hungama. He had revealed that the two had already moved in together, and they had taken the step around the same time that his movie ‘Happy Patel’ had released. He had further admitted that their relationship was serious when asked whether marriage was on the cards for the couple. He had also said that he was already married to her, in his heart and had added that the decision to formalise the relationship was something they would make together as time went on. Both families are reportedly set to come together for the big day.

For Manifest to become one of Cambridge Dictionary's most viewed words of 2024 — 1,30,000 hits and counting — it means some of us must have Googled it at least once. I know, I hit that search button over and over again
because each time I looked at it, I saw a new meaning.

Putting together a homegrown title at a time when the demise of print has been long announced may seem surprising...
...but it has long been a dream of mine to give India a magazine it deserves. A magazine that is the country.

And nothing, absolutely nothing, represents India more than our weddings. It is a time when families are brought together. Traditions come alive as they are adapted to each couple's beliefs. And lives are joined in a way that the romantic in me still enjoys.
