While there have been several reports and rumours surrounding Taylor’s spring wedding. Page Six has confirmed the date for the couple’s big day, which is almost a month after the initially speculated date, which was June 15, 2026. And the venue for the same, while still up in the air, Daily Mail reports that it will be held in an arena or museum-like space to accommodate more guests. The previous reports suggested that the couple had decided to host the wedding in Rhode Island, either at the global Popstar’s home or at Ocean House but the plans were later abandoned by the couple so that they could go “all out” at their wedding venue.

Speaking of the wedding guests, Us Weekly reported that the couple has invited close to 150 people including their close friends, including Taylor’s best friend Selena Gomez and A-list names from the industry like Gigi Hadid, Emma Stone, the Haim sisters, Zoë Kravitz, Patrick and Brittany Mahomes, and Miles and Keleigh Teller.

According to reports, a source had revealed to Us Weekly that the pop singer and her to-be-husband had been back and forth on the idea of inviting everyone or keeping it a private affair. And while previous reports stated that Taylor had narrowed it down for her bridesmaids, recent reports suggest that Taylor is opting out of picking out her bridesmaids. However, Us Weekly’s source has revealed that her inner circle will be close by and “she has already asked her close girlfriends, like Selena and Gigi, to sleep over at her Rhode Island home the night before the wedding.”

Now for the final revelation, Taylor’s wedding dress, while still largely under wraps, Daily Mail revealed that there is a possibility for it to be inspired by the gown that Elizabeth Taylor wore at her wedding to Conrad Hilton in 1950. “Taylor spent so much time looking at old photos of Elizabeth Taylor when she was making her music video for that song that she became enamoured with the movie queen's style,” a source shared. “So when she started thinking about her wedding dress, she looked up Elizabeth's old gowns online.”
