ICYMI, Hina Khan surprised fans recently by dropping photos of her beautiful wedding ceremony on Instagram. The actress tied the knot with her longtime partner, Rocky Jaiswal, while surrounded by their close friends and family.
Hina and Rocky chose custom Manish Malhotra ensembles for the ceremony, and the bride paired her opal green sari with kundan jewellery and minimal mehndi.
Hina Khan’s mehndi is a blend of tradition and modern minimalism. The lotus makes for a strong motif, which takes centre stage on both hands and feet. While the clever use of negative space around the lotus adds a contemporary touch, allowing the design to breathe. Intricate floral and paisley patterns adorn the fingers, and the lotus continues near the ankle on the feet. The look is completed with a mandala-style sole design and dotted accents which complement the lotus. The mehndi was paired with statement kundan bangles, pearl anklets, and pearlescent nails.
